A client sent fillable PDFs created from Adobe Acrobat Pro. How to fill that using nodejs especially signature ?

Hi , I received a bunch of PDFs , they're all edited in Acrobat Pro with some fillable fields. I use this tool called PDFTk to fill the data. But I want to fill a field that's with fieldType : signature .
