I’m trying to make a twitter bot that simple posts a random picture of a dog every day. The way it works is that I’ll use the free Dog API to get a random dog photo every day, then then I’ll upload that to the twitter api and post it. My problem is that the dog API sends a response that contains an image link like “https://images.dog.ceo/blah/blahblah.jpg” and I don’t know how to convert that to base64 to upload to the twitter api. Any ideas? Thanks!
