So without going into much boring and unrelated details, I have multiple active chats with tens of thousands of messages being sent daily and I want to somehow make sure no one is sending the same message or very similar message multiple times just to spam the chats, and I'm not sure how to do it efficiently in NodeJS..I'd love to get a suggestion on how to efficiently achieve that spam detection..
