How to Learn Backend Without Spending Too Much Time on the Frontend?

I'm on my ~3 months of learning MERN Stack, finished 2 projects. For now, my skill is more on React (60% FE, 40% BE). My actual and initial goal is to become a Backend Web Developer. Before I apply soon for my very first job, I want to make my skill like 30% FE and 70% BE proficiency.I think my time was kinda wasted in studying too much about UI/UX, Formik, React's useCallback()/useContext(), etc.I want to become confident more in Node.js, Express, Mongoose, Passport.js, Axios, BCrypt, JWT, REST APIs, etc.As a fresh graduate and have < 30 days left before I apply for a job, how can I effectively focus and learn backend faster with quality, but still the design is worth to showcase for my portfolio? What are those example projects? Thank you.
