Backend design for a blog website

Hey r/node,I'm designing a website where people will be able to post their articles. It's a bit vague as an explanation but I won't dive into the details of the app itself: I was wondering what was the best way (nothing crazy complicated) to store the articles. Right now I have a pretty standard NodeJS + Express app and I serve static files from the public folder; the articles will be HTML files with some styles of course. Is this the best idea (to have them stored in a folder and serve them as static files) or having an actual MongoDB database is better? If so, how can I approach this? I've never worked with dbs so I need help here. If everything goes well I've calculated around 500 clients max, so not a huge client base; it can even go really low but I like planning in big terms so I will not end up with a disaster app. Right now the app is structured with Routes, Controllers, static Public files and eventually models.Thank you for your attention and have a nice day!
