I have very long (multiple years) running workflows and very many (millions) instances of a workflow. Not all are active at all times.An external API or a timer can trigger (make actuve) an activity step of an instance. After an activity is done, the workflow instanc egoes backbto being dormant.It has to be scalable over multiple nodes.I am looking for self managed options like like Uber's Cadence (~ AWS SWF or Azure Durable Functions).
