For my project I'm searching for a nodejs hosting with full icu. I already tried AWS EB but even they do not have nodejs with full icu. Trying to install it via npm never worked for me. I also thought I could do this which docker but official docker images does also not contain full icu and I have to create the full image by myself. Why is something so important so less used by big (hosting) companies? Would be nice if anyone can help me with that. Perfect would be a service inside of Europe, because of GDPR.Thanks already
