Caught up in FOMO nobody(employers) these days desire just a backend dev. I am a Backend dev node-express-mongo here in India, can sense vibes from my current employer and all the recruitment posts on portal and other company pages. How to develop skills to be a fullstack trying React, Sql, serverless but always get bog down by styling/beautifying stuff, rigidness of SQL.
