Can anyone help me understand how to read specific sheets and rows using read-excel-file?

I’ve spent a few days trying to extract data from an excel sheet using this package . It works front when there file I’m using only has one sheet and starts from the first row, but how would I go about extracting data from a specific sheet starting from a specific row from a file with multiple sheets and a few redundant rows at the start of the sheet?Just started my internship and I’m kinda new to the MERN stack, any help is appreciated.
