Trying to resolve a pathing issue with my basic multi page web app. Could use some help.

I have become more associated with the overall structure of a node.js web app. Even to the point where I actually accidentally had this working at one point but have since broke it again :/ So I want to understand.​I built this app.js file and a relevant header that contains the nav bar on every page (to be changed later a bit but just focusing on functionality atm).​This is what the app.js and header look like.​However despite this file I still get routing errors that it cannot get whatever relevant page when the nav bar is clicked. I did have it working at one point, so I know I'm close but I really want to understand this issue and could use the help.​​
