Can anyone assist

Hi guys, hope I'm not breaking any rules on this subreddit, hoping to chat to people who can just nudge me in the right direction without requesting I pay them everything I have. Here goes, I co own a small carwash with my brother. After 6 years of running it with pen and paper, and trying and failing multiple times to get a decent, cost effective system to use a crm, out of the box, I decided to buy a service job system from envato, and just hire some one to make some basic changes to the template as to outfit it ideally for a fixed carwash.I am quite good with html, and basic code, even php. I built a system already using access however I soon found out that in order to run the access system I would need a windows tablet for us to use and unfortunately other than being extremely pricey, the batteries would not last nearly as long as we needed it to so I decided on trying to build a php system, after getting no where very quickly, I found a service job system. I spoke to the developer who said at the time, since I have zero knowledge on nodejs and AWS and firebase, thay he can not assist me to install it and get it running as he was too busy (he told me this after I bought it even though before I bought it, we discussed that he would help me for $200) and that I should hire a developer. So I did, I made sure to test that he knows what hes doing by just asking him to stand the system up as is and send me screenshot which he did. After 4 weeks on lockdown, he is saying that the main point which I asked him action which is ensure that there is a "Cars" section in which we can add cars and link the car to a customer, as to create a service job when a customer comes in and link that service job to a car which belongs to a customer.he tells me it's too difficult and he needs more money, being stuck between a rock and a hard place, I agreed to pay him. He added a "cars" section but I still cannot select the car when adding a service a job, and when I asked him again, he said he needs more money in order to do that, so again, I agreed. He hasn't come back to me in week now and I need the system done. It seems so simple to me and when I asked the developer to assist with this to see if he has some free time, he quoted me $750 which is funds that I do not have seeing as though I have already forked out $1000 so far and still cant use the system. I just want to point out that I found these developers on freelancer and performed all transaction on freelancer and I am fed up with being held ransom. I feel as though they are wasting time learning it as they go along and charging me like a fool for it.I need to find out if there are reputable node developers on here thay I can communicate with that can understand what's going on 100% and be able to explain it to me and assist me with it, i need basic things changed like the site title and the colour of the buttons, it's a tiny system and the developer is trying to strong arm me all the time. I am willing to pay. Please message me
