I am trying to setup an internal package registry for my company to use for sharing code and encourage reusability and documentation within the organization (we are primarily a javascript shop from back to front).I have encountered resistance from management.Personally, I was blown away when I finally realized that there was no agreed upon way to share code modules in my company and that it wasn't really happening at all.However, I have only been working in the industry for a few years and so I want to see if my perspective is naive. I have no delusions about my level of expertise and experience.Am I off the mark here?
