Looking for a good solution for sharing common code

My heads nearly exploded over this. I can't seem to find a good way to share common code.So here's what I've tired.Lerna - Complicates CI/CDGit submodules - Painful to keep in sync if making small changes affecting many projectsNpm packages - More painful to keep in sync if making small changes affecting many projectsAre there any other methods I'm missing?
