Just looked at a few Node tutorial videos and fell down a rabbit hole of CLI... What's the best way to learn about the Command Line so I can get started using Node?

Everything is in the title. I'm starting to build projects in React and I'd like to start getting some experience with backend mockups, but it looks like a lot of the node installation practices require some experience with terminal emulators.How can I get familiar with Powershell/CLI/cmder, etc?
