I created a package for postgres migrations

Then I saw knex migrations which looks and works almost the same, but anyway.Here is it: https://www.npmjs.com/package/rake-dbDifference is that my rake-db has "change" instead of "up" and "down" that will try to guess what to do when doing rollback. And syntax closer to rails migrations. What do you think?
