If almost everyone can learn programming for free, why is the salary relatively very high?

Somebody asked me the above question, Please add your suggestion:@Ans: Learning programming and implementing it in production both are different things. Let me share one real case recently faced by our team while development of MEAN stack +Neo4j base startups for crowdfunding. We had to implement the error handling/log activity for an application using the mongo-morgan and winstonJS, everybody in a team was aware of how to implement it but when they really start writing the code they created the many bugs (Its implemented by a junior developer) and took the 10 days to complete a task.Same thing developed by a senior developer who was involved with may startups for coding, solved the same problem in 3 days.Let's calculate it in form of Profit and numbers:A. Junior developer (10 days*8 hour)= 80 hoursB. Senior Developer(3 days* 8 hour)= 24 hoursProfit for a firm if they use B is=56 hours. So you can understand the programming salary benefit for firm so experienced person who has solved the various business case in production are more likely to complete the task in short time so more $$$$, Firm will be happy to pay a high salary to such developers. Because It comes with experience..
