Add user input to my bot

I have created a chatbot. I want the chatbot to know which user is logged in. I have created a small html page with an inputbox to enter your name. I know how to return it to my chatbot and it works.For example:I fill in my name and say hi to the chatbot it gives my name. (on my pc).Afterwards I fill in another name and say hi to the chatbot it gives the another name. (on my phone).But then when I go back to my laptop and say hi to the chatbot returns my "phone" name and not my laptop name.My question is how does the chatbot knows which input is correct from the right user.
