What's your go-to database service for MVP/POC?

Every time I have an idea, or I'm designing some page or prototyping a design, I spin up a server, connect mongo DB, create some APIs, and prototype. I know there JSON storage services, but most of them are rate limited, which is not useful when you're making something. Here are few I checked out, - https://jsonbin.org good but not suitable for large JSON - https://jsonbin.io/pricing great one but only 10K requests - https://jsonbox.io/ best one but again rate limiting is very low 100 req/min
