Self-hosted deployment / Node.js server

Hey folks,I've been researching deployment solutions for static websites and Node.js apps and have stumbled upon things like Netlify, Zeit Now and Heroku that I think are pretty neat. What I'm wondering, is if anyone has come up with something like that but that is self-hosted?Basically, something like an Ubuntu image that has nginx and something like Docker already setup and that you can deploy your Node.js apps or static files to with just a CLI command.I'd be interested enough in something like that that I might be willing to give it a go myself if it hasn't already been done. However, I usually find that in such cases, someone has beat me to it.Does anyone know of such a thing?Cheers
