Traditional advice being "Go door to door and cold call".First potential problem: Going door to door would mean talking to a lot of mom & pop shops, and that'll probably get me a lot of WordPress work.Second problem is: I'm a terrible programmer. I can build stuff though, and I figure I can compensate by just taking low pay or working off the clock while I develop my skill set.So.. If you wanted to become a Node.js Freelancer, or.. Javascript in general, how would you approach the freelancing realm? Same old advice given to everyone looking to freelance or is there some smaller, more specific target market I should aim for?I'm thinking about taking on WordPress dev/design (Whatever the difference is, I'm not sure) so I can pay the bills while I try to figure out this Node.js stuff. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and I apologize if this has been covered before.
