Is there a resource that explains every single field of backend dev (e.g: Sessions, Authentication, etc.) instead of just resources explaining how to use libraries?

I feel like nowadays tutorials only show you how to use the libraries, which are easy, but you don't get to understand how things work underneath the hood.
