Does anyone know how to deploy a node app using spinnaker?

I've figured out that i need to convert the nodeJS app to a .deb package wich spinaker will use to bake the various images for the different cloud providers.​What I don't understand though is how to convert the node app to a .deb package and how to go about telling spinnaker that it is to be included in the baked image.
