Node structured alternative to ruby/rails laravel like framework

Hey all, i bet this has been brought up multiple times in the past however im interested in the current 2020 state of things opinions. I'm the front-end team lead where i work out and I've been trying to see if node would fit in well in our backend stack for some services.I have worked with ORMs like Sequelize and Objection Bookshelf in conjunction with Express, Koa, Helmet, pm2 blah blah blah you know its a long list. What i'm always lacking in contrast to my backend team members is a structured backend framework solution using node that i can feel safe with and proud of in production. A solution like Laravel or Rails for example offers great documentation and a number of established conventions that make sure a team can work harmoniously without much grief. The ORM is clean and fun and a lot of common use cases are being covered by the framework. The questionWhy is it that even though node is so popular no such framework ( to my knowledge ) exists? Gluing things together that don't always follow the same philosophy results in something that doesn't feel very cohesive and in most cases its a custom solution that not everyone in the world can agree with.Bonus points :If you had to use node for your backend systems to provide a complete solution for development to a team how would you go about it? I know there are some new things like prisma for example but im looking for something production ready. Thanks for your input
