Is there any way to write my own scaffolding like what Rails uses?

So I'm new to Node and would like to use it for some freelance work that I'm picking up. I used to use Rails, and I got very used to and fond of Rail's scaffolding abilities and how it took like 5 minutes to set up Devise. I don't want to have to set up authentication, routes, etc. for EVERY single client even though a lot of them want the same things. I would love to write my own scaffolding to set all of this stuff based on the types of clients I get (Users, authentication, a services page and contacts page for therapists, Users, authentication, a contact form and a gallery for photographers, etc.). I know it would be a ton of work to set up the first time, but as a developer, I'm all about working smart, not hard!If anyone could offer help, that would be greatly appreciated!
