I'am new to backend and need to set up a backend fast for this react app i'am building . Should I use a backend framework , if so any recommended frameworks for some one new to backend ?

Hello ,I'am building a react app , and I need to set up a backend with authentication for it fast but I don't have much knowledge in this . Should I go with a framework that will help me setup it without much effort, if so any recommendations ?Any advice on what should I do ?
