had anyone heard about nanoexpress ?

i've seen this repo page where they benchmark web frameworks and on the 3-rd place, is this nanoexpress framework, and they say that it can take over 175k req/sec.can anybody share their thought about this framework, its really similar to regular express and i wonder why do more people don't use it :I
