Creative App, Creative Developer

Hi, I'm an up and coming enrepenuer with a brilliant idea for the decentralization of creativity. I'm a bit of a polymath, at 22 (I'm a computer engineer, graphic designer, visual artist, writer, health and diet guide, philosopher and political theorist - you can check me out at my website patricioguerra.com so you know I'm not full of it.) I'm looking for a developer experienced in agile and nodeJS to work alongside my already prototyped and fully designed UX - an app I call Bash.The design is state of the art, unified in a singular view. The concept is unique - creating a circular economy for creative minds and enticing idealism and growth for freelance souls. I've been attempting to look for a developer that can coincide with me and lend me a ready hand - unfortunately many have taken offense to my youthful appearance, and due to lack of suffice vision haven't accommodated their psychology to my intuition or business goals.The startup is based between myself and two others - we have investors ready awaiting an MVP. They have signed off on the concept as well as the UX, we just need to push it into fruition with a like minded chap. Stock options can be readily discussed. I believe this pandemic season to be a great time to finish Bash. It's been a hurdle coming up and learning relevant business acumen and leveraging it with the creative deductive side. I hope someone can find this to be a relevant goal. Payment won't be upfront, but as soon as investors pull through, the stock options will have a tangible value.There aren't many startup teams of a similar composition to ours. We have diverse thinking, as well as creative insights lost to many more dogmatically oriented individuals. We care, we push attention to detail, and we chase a vision - one we hope can be well accounted for by a likeminded developer.
