Seeking feedback on search + pagination + filtering for node postgres REST API

Newbie here, I am using node pg to work with my postgres databaseI have an API endpoint where I need server side paginated list of users with say 30 users per pageI wrote THIS code HEREIs this how you are paginating in your API?This will be used by the frontend in vueHow do I add say filtering in this?Any suggestions?
