Need advice on server architecture for making multiple websites to come under same umbrella

Not a newbie. I have basic knowledge in node and typescript. I have developed multiple cms websites for one of my clients. Most of these websites follow the same structure which has a paywall and different kinds of pricing schemes. Now the client wants all these websites to use a single central database and he wants all pay-wall/subscriptions to be managed centrally. Although these websites follow the same cms, the pricing plans etc are different for all of them. And minor fixes in these sites are handled by other freelancers.I need to figure out an architecture by which the minor tweaks/changes in these different domains without affecting other modules. What would you guys suggest?
