Simple node.js hosting - don't want to deal with a full OS

Hello,I'm a one man full stack dev. Which means I do about 100 different things, and a lot of them not very well. One of the worst parts for me is system administration, it takes up a lot of my time and I'm not great at automating stuff.I'm wondering if there's any service out there that lets merun a node.js appread and write from a non-networked file systemsorts out https for meWithout having to manage an entire operating system? AWS lambda came close, but S3 is not a real file system and doesn't work for this application. Docker ended up being more complicated than just provisioning a VM with bash scripts, but neither solution is great for me. This is - and will only ever be - one service.Any suggestions, or have I pretty much run across the only solutions?
