Infinite Command-Line input

I'm trying to make a CLI that always checks for user input (Like the Windows Command Prompt) and i've tried searching and making my own ways to achieve this but nothing worked.The CLI needs to check for new input each time the user has entered something (like a while loop with the input command in Python).Any help would be appreciated.
