Hi,Wondering if ECONNREFUSED means that the port is closed or if it can mean that the connection is dropped (firewall).When looking at the documentation for REFUSED:No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the foreign host.The actively refused seems to imply that this error means closed. However looking around it seems that everybody interprets it as closed or dropped.Also I haven't found any other message such as dropped or Timeout.Any ideas ?
