Just managed to create the demo with running ganache ( https://www.trufflesuite.com/ganache) in the cluster with mokka consensus protocol ( https://github.com/ega-forever/mokka/tree/master/examples/node/decentralized-ganache).Maybe useful for someone, who want to work with smart contracts, but don't want to run the geth / parity clients, or want some customization (like consensus rules).
