SQL? NoSQL? Need ease and speed. | NEWBIE

Hello. I'm building an ecommerce that will have big traffic (about 2000 orders daily), with just about 30 products to sell, with delivery tracking.Thing is, I'm not very used to backend development, and my experience in databases is not really big.So, my question is basically... Should I use NoSQL (MongoDB?), or SQL? As far as I've read, MongoDB is easier and faster to create than SQL for newbies. The problem is, I'm really in a hurry. I need to end this project as soon as possible, and maybe updating it in the future is an option, sure. According to what I understand, an ecommerce with delivery tracking is highly relational (products, orders, order's tracking, delivery status, users...). And I've read tons of comments saying for ecommerce, SQL is the way to go. THE PROBLEM HERE is that I don't really know much about SQL and I don't want to waste my time learning if there's a faster method.I'm not saying, in no way, that SQL is hard. I'm just saying I don't know much about SQL and I think MongoDB is easier, according to what I know about both. I don't want to make this a discussion between nosql and sql.Can some of you give me some advices? Remember, my goal is to end this as soon as possible, it can be updated, so if mongodb is easier but slower, I can change mongodb to postgreSQL or whatever in next months and that would be ok, I guess. I don't know. I need advices from people with experience.
