Practicality of Node/Git without a Terminal/Command Line.

I may have an opportunity to teach Full Stack Development to fellow students at my local high school. Part of the course content would include Node and such NPM modules as Express, BodyParser, Mongoose, etc., such CLIs as Heroku/Firebase, and version control systems - Git.As I would expect (and hope) for obvious security reasons, the IT Department at my high school restrict access to Powershell and the Windows Command Prompt. How might I, and what is the practically of, teaching a portion of a course that requires Git, NPM, etc., without access to a terminal? Are there any GUI based solutions you could recommend for Windows machines?Thank you.
