Is there a Market for and What Would you Like to See in a Glitch Alternative?

I'm wondering if you believe there is a market in the web development industry for a service similar to CodePen, JSFiddle, CodeSandbox, Glitch, etc., that allows the writing of small Full Stack Applications in a cloud-based IDE and execution environment with support for NPM Modules. If there was to be a market, what features would you like to see in it that are different from Glitch, and what would be your own use case for it - from programmers just learning web development, to teachers wanting to teach school-age children without the worry from IT Departments, to providing actionable and executable solutions to Stack Overflow questions, all the way to just developers who want to share their Full Stack Projects with the world in a way that is instantly viewable without needing to clone a Repo, run npm i etc.Ideally, it would be a web-based IDE with support for HTML, JS, CSS, SASS, React, Angular, Vue, etc., as well as Backend Node support. It would be a service that is free to use and possibly open source.Thank you.
