Any way to ssh to one machine and then telnet from there to another and execute commands ?

Hi. I'm trying to figure out a way to ssh using ssh2shell or simple-ssh to one machine and then telnet from this machine to a second router.Is it possible to do this via node running the application only on the first machine ?Node-app(machine1) -ssh-> machine2 -telnet-> machine 3 | execute commands via Node-app
