Just looking for some pointers on where to start with a web application project I want to start soon. The desired functionality would be for someone to call a phone number somehow connected to the server, and have the server place calls, pause calls or skip so that the user does not have to continuously redial numbers. I'm looking to develop a dialer for sales, but where the salesman can call in with their cellphone. Is this something that can be accomplished with Twilio or some sot of VOIP API? I can handle setting up a barebones server that load in phone numbers from spreadsheets and things like that, it's just the actual process of implementing the phone call aspect. Let me know what you guys think, thanks in advance!
