Wired error, zero experience with NodeJS

Hi, I'm trying to run NodeJS in my instance in AWS.whenever I tries to run the server, I got this error. I assume its because of PostgreSQL.​"connection error Error: connect EINVAL 0.0.21.56:5432 - Local (0.0.0.0:0)"​what should I do?
