"Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one."

So I am trying to download Node.js, but everytime I try and download it, it gives me this error "Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one." But I am not installing anything except for Node.js. I read on the internet that restarting my pc would fix it, but it didn't I had the same problem with node.js a few weeks ago but I just gave up. Does anyone know how to fix this.I am using windows 10 and I am trying to download Node.js version 10.9.0 but any version would be fine. (I have tried other versions.)The Error
