Is there a way to detect graphical tablet's pen buttons or is it too driver specific?

Hi, i'm trying to figure out if there is a way to use pen tablet's buttons?I'm building a simple desktop app with node.js and probably electronjs.I know about the point event which has event.buttons but that doesn't work here.Is there a package/way to work this problem out?
