Writing and updating a file.

Hello.What I need is: When a user "creates their own forum" for an EJS and CSS file, on a specific path, to be created on my computer.Is it possible to write to a file dynamically and edit parts of it? Like to change the css background from grey to blue for example.On the EJS files, 90% will be the same HTML code for each EJS file, the 10% will be dynamic ( let's say

forum creators username

).The CSS file will be pretty much the same. 90% will always be the same, 10% will always be different, depending on what colors of background they want to change and whatnot.If it's possible, can you point me in the right direction?Thank you.
