Any module to receive one text message with a random phone number.

I was automating a process people were just using textnow and google voice to enter referral codes for a game and charging 10 cents for each. I was gonna use Twilio but it looks like each phone number is a dollar and 0.0075 dollars to receive a message? $1.0075 is far to expensive for something others are charging 10 cents for. Anything else?
