Petition to Ignore Node Foundation Drama (for now, at least)

Hello, everyone! I have been lurking on the subreddit for a few weeks, taking everything in and searching for useful resources. So far, I am very thoroughly enjoying using and learning Node.js in my personal projects. However, all of the recent Node Foundation drama (not going to take a side) really distracts from what should probably be the overall focus of the subreddit: Node.js programming. Especially if the Node Foundation doesn't even recognize this sub as part of the community.I understand that there may be some opposition (not going to name names, but they will likely rant down below in the comment section) to this, but before the /r/node devs release their statement, I hope that they will consider just outright not getting involved. This is programming, not politics.I hope we can all learn the difference.Note: Hopefully the age of this account won't affect the reception of my argument, though it should be noted that I made this account to avoid being harassed into silence online persecution on my main account.Edit: Also, is this a killer account name or what? I'm surprised it wasn't taken.
