I just that if I run `npm test` without the final t, ie. `npm tes`, and I was surprised to see that it still works and runs the test command rather than throwing a "you spelled it wrong, did you mean test?" error. Is this by design or some bug in node / npm? - tested on macOs node v12.18.2 and v13.13.0
