Basic scaffold/boiler plate for Express with MVC architecture and Bootstrap

Need some sequelzie help.

See my code, it appears that this does not work when I do a belongsTo relationship then proceed to sync the database. Why is that happening ? I have tried googling the errors but no luck. This is really frustrating. The only way I found to make this work is if I comment off the belongsTo method, run the JS. Then go and uncomment the belongsTo, and comment out the sync method. What gives ? Is this not suppose to work together ? Am I doing something wrong ?

Need help solving an asynchronous file copy problem.
